【介绍】

MiniOpticon实时PCR检测系统由高性能的MJ minicycler和紧凑的双色实时检测器组成；是小的和便携的实时PCR系统。

MiniOpticon 应用了在Opticon2系统上广泛使用的激发和检测技术，48个的LED（发光二极管）阵列作为激发光源，顺序检测样品。每一个LED的光束对准一个样品孔，保证小的信号交叉和光的散射。LED每次点亮一个（48个样品，2色荧光检测，检测一次用时9秒）。顺序检测也能减少信号交叉。LED 光源寿命长，无需特别的维护。被激发出的发射波长信号进入2个带滤光片的光敏二极管（photodiode）进行检测。

整机没有在工作时运动的部件，保证定量检测和无需凝胶分析的可靠性。
